We have investigated an intermittent API performance degradation impacting a subset of tenants on the NA1 Production environment (na.zuora.com). The impacted windows were: 2024-10-23 9:25am to 3:16pm (Pacific) 2024-10-24 6:09am to 6:49am (Pacific) Mitigation measures were implemented, and the impact is resolved. We continue to monitor the performance.
