The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
We are currently investigating performance degradation with Workflow, which impacts tasks related to file upload and download (Data Query, Data Source Exports, File upload, etc.). The impact is limited to customers in the NA1 Sandbox, NA2 Sandbox, NA1 Central Sandbox, and NA2 Central Sandbox environments. We’re investigating this with the highest priority.
