Some customers are experiencing issues with Ada's Zendesk integration. This is affecting clients who are using the chatterAuthCallback feature. Some chatters may be unable to escalate when the authentication feature of the Zendesk Live Agent block is used We’re aware of the issue and our team is actively working on getting everything back to normal.
