Issues with adding some Facebook Pages & Instagram accounts and renewing tokens impossible
We are currently investigating an issue where users are impacted by not being able to add some pages/Instagram accounts or renewing tokens even though the relevant roles are assigned correctly. There is a reported bug here https://developers.facebook.com/support/bugs/994034301555870/?join_id=f3c066c65ca6f88 and we are also troubleshooting with Meta directly. We are sorry for the inconvenience and will keep you updated as and when we receive more information from Meta.

LinkedIn have confirmed they are facing an issue that is impacting replies to comments. Agorapulse users may see this error when trying to reply to LinkedIn comments in their Inbox: Error while publishing a comment on Linkedin. java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: com.linkedin.restli.server.RestLiServiceException [HTTP Status:422]: com.linkedin.restli.client.RestLiResponseException: Response status 422, serviceErrorMessage: ERROR :: /parent :: ReadOnly field present in a create request We are waiting for more information from LinkedIn. Instagram video posts failing to publish
We are currently investigating an issue where video posts for Instagram are failing to publish, resulting in the following error: Facebook error: Media ID is not available (code 9007, subcode 2207027) 'Cannot Publish - The media is not ready for publishing, please wait for a moment Posts with photos are publishing as normal. As soon as we get more information from Instagram we will update this status. Meta have acknowledged the issue as you can read here https://metastatus.com/graph-api Please accept our apologies for this issue while we wait for their fix

Instagram direct messages not syncing, replies failing
We are currently investigating an issue where Instagram direct messages are not syncing and replies are failing with the error message: 'Received Facebook error response of type OAuthException: (#100) The thread owner has archived or deleted this conversation, or the thread does not exist.
