Resolved Facebook and Instagram Down

It seems that both Facebook and Instagram are experiencing downtime. Both natively and over the API. Our customers will not be able to log into Agorapulse using Facebook login. This will affect all aspects of publication and inbox items for both Facebook and Instagram. We are keeping an eye on the situation and will continue to update as we can. Thank you, in advance, for your patience.

Resolved Facebook Token

We are currently investigating an issue with Facebook Token renewals where some users are not able to renew the token, despite having the correct roles to do so. Our Technical team are in touch with Facebook and as soon as we have any further information we will update here. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.

Resolved Instagram is down

Instagram is down at the moment, both natively and over their API. While it's down our customers may experience issues with all components of Instagram including publishing, inbox, listening and reports. Due to the API being down, when replying to Instagram DMs or story mentions our customers have reported seeing an error message that states the item has been externally deleted. This causes Agorapulse to mark the item as deleted. Due to this false warning of deletion, our customers won’t be able to reply correctly to these items from Agorapulse until the API is fully restored. We are continuing to monitor the situation and thank you for your patience.
