Customers who have updated to the latest MacOS 14.0 "Sonoma" are experiencing audio issues when using the Aircall desktop and webapp. These include, but are not limited to: the inability to place or receive calls, audio devices not correctly detected ("no device found" error in the app, also microphone permission issues), no audio (in and out), delays in the audio, extended latency/network issues and overall poor app performance.
Our Engineering team has identified the problem and are consulting with third party providers to reach a resolution.
