Thank you for your understanding and patience while we worked to resolve this issue. All emails are processed and processing normally.

New emails are processing normally and without any delays. The majority of delayed emails have been processed at this time, however, we are still working to process a small portion of emails. We anticipate the all remaining emails will finish processing over the next couple of evenings - or less. We will continue to monitor this and provide updates as we have them.

We have decided to split our email processing queues to allow new emails as of "today" to be processed ahead of emails that were already in queue prior to today.

A secondary background queue has been created to allow emails that we received between April 27th and May 3rd, 2023 to continue to be processed without delays to new emails. Email ingestion was not impacted by this issue so we are still receiving all emails.

We will continue to monitor the background queue to ensure that the remaining emails are processed as quickly as possible.

Collection Warnings should cease, but some email searches may still return inconsistent results until the remaining emails have been processed.
