Degradation - new content display is delayed

We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

Bazaarvoice has experienced a high rate of errors due to an ongoing AWS outage. This has affected all systems of our Social Commerce platform. AWS has acknowledged the outage and we are seeing an improvement to the service. We will continue to monitor the situation.
