Resolved ApplePay Redirect Issue

Resolved Funding Delay
Bolt engineering is investigating an issue pertaining to a delay in funding for transactions that occurred between 7:00 PM Pacific Time on Thursday, January 16th and 7:00 PM Pacific Time on Sunday, January 19th. Funding for transactions occurring outside this time frame is unaffected. This issue only impacts merchants using Bolt's native payment processing. Resolved Support Ticketing System Outage
We are currently experiencing issues with our support ticketing system; as a result, any issues submitted to our support team after 2:17 PM ET/11:17 AM PT may not be received. Resolved Intermittent Transaction Decline Rate Increase
Between 9:13 AM PT and 10:40 AM PT, one of Bolt's third party processing partners experienced an intermittent issue causing a higher than normal rate of declined authorizations. As a result, some customers may have been declined at checkout, although their orders were likely to have been authorized successfully upon retrying their purchase. This issue has been resolved by the processing partner and we are no longer seeing heightened decline rates. Resolved Checkout Availability Issue
We are currently experiencing an issue with one of Bolt's third party partners that is preventing checkout completion. We are partnering urgently with our partner on a resolution and will provide more information as we learn more.
Resolved Magento, Magento2, and Custom Cart API Issue
Bolt checkout is currently experiencing an issue with all Magento, Magento2, and Custom carts. The issue manifests itself as follows: 1. Customers will not see a confirmation page when they complete checkout. 2. Orders will not sync to Magento, Magento2, or the custom cart. Please note that customers will still receive order confirmation emails, and payments will continue to process. Our engineering team is working on a resolution with the highest level of urgency. Resolved Backend API order creation failure
Bolt deployed our latest API service at 12:05PM PST which contained a bug that caused order creation failures. As a consequence, checkout did not work for many customers. We quickly identified the issue and rolled it back by 12:20PM. We observed that all the errors had stopped completely by 12:25PM and creation was fully restored.
