Resolved Funding Details - PDFs Unavailable for December 2021

Bolt has identified a problem impacting the ability to download a funding statement as a PDF for December 2021. Merchants may continue to download funding statements as a CSV. Our team is engaged and working on a fix.

Resolved Authentication Service Failure

From 12:21 - 12:30 PST, we experienced a performance degradation in our internal authentication service. From 12:31 - 12:44pm PST, the service was unavailable. While the service was unavailable, users would have been unable to log into the merchant or shopper dashboards, and shoppers would have been unable to place orders. Resolved Degraded AWS US East 1 issue

At 9:17am PST, we were notified that one of Amazon Web Services zones (aws-us-east-1) is in a degraded status. As a result, Merchant Dashboard Analytics, checkout using Afterpay, and any third party service providers hosted on US East 1 may be degraded. Checkout for other payment methods and service providers is operating as normal. Bolt seems to be up and running. We're updating the status regularly.

You can subscribe for updates on the official status page or create an account in IsDown. We will send you an email, Slack, or Discord in real-time when Bolt has issues.
Why IsDown?
We want to keep you updated on the status of the services that impact your company. You get a notification via email, Slack, or Discord when a service you monitor has issues or when maintenances are scheduled.
What happens when I create an account?
You'll have access to a 14-day trial in our Pro plan. You can cancel or delete your account anytime. After 14 days, you'll need to subscribe to continue to use the service.
How can I pay for a subscription?
You can go to the Billing section in your account, and choose one of the plan. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
You are missing one of the services I use. Can you add it?
Sure thing! Just contact us, and we'll add it ASAP. Some services are more straightforward to add than others, but we're going to work to find the best solution.
