Braze has identified an issue impacting our network provider Cloudflare in the APAC and South America region. Dashboard users in the impacted region may experience errors or performance degradation when loading images in the dashboard. End-users in the region may experience issues or performance degradation when accessing messages that contain images.

Braze has identified that an incident with our network edge vendor, Fastly, in their San Jose data center is causing increased connectivity error rates for customers close to the San Jose region. This is resulting in increased HTTP 502 errors on dashboard pages or REST API endpoints from requests originating near the San Jose region. We are continuing to follow this incident at https://www.fastlystatus.com/incident/375837, and are working with Fastly for ways to mitigate while they continue to work on the issue.

Braze is aware of an issue causing some users to be unable to access the Braze Support page through the "Get Help" drop down menu in the dashboard to raise support tickets. We are actively investigating the issue. In the meantime, users can raise a ticket and reach out to Braze Support by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org.

Snowflake, a data warehouse vendor of Braze, reports intermittent issues with their services (https://status.snowflake.com/incidents/qpzb0myh4l67). The issues with retrieving data from Snowflake are causing some pages within the Braze Dashboard to hang while loading data. We are monitoring the upstream issue and will provide updates as necessary.
