Resolved Increased error rates in US 06

We are working with our DBAs on an issue causing increased API error rates in US 06. Data processing and message sending for some customers may be delayed by a few minutes.

Resolved US 08 SDK API Errors

We are investigating an issue causing increased error rates to our SDK API on US08. All other services continue to function. We don't believe any data will be lost and the requests to the SDK API will be processed once we resolve the incident. We'll provide an update in 30 minutes or as soon as we know more.

Resolved US 01 connectivity errors

We have identified an issue causing timeouts in the US 01 environment.

Resolved Degraded Performance - Data Processing and Message Sending

We're currently experiencing degraded performance on data processing and messaging sending. No data or messages are lost, they are queuing up and we're confident we'll work through the backlog. We're working to add more capacity and identify this at root cause.

We have identified an issue delaying data processing and message sending. We've identified the cause of the issue and are currently deploying a fix.

Resolved Connectivity issues

We are receiving reports of increased error rates accessing the Braze Dashboard on EU 01. Approximately 4% of Dashboard requests are erroring out. The current investigation appears to be an upstream issue with Fastly, our CDN provider. Fastly is reporting an incident at https://status.fastly.com/incidents/1rbr326kjsmt. While we continue to investigate, customers experiencing timeout errors on the Braze Dashboard are encouraged to refresh the page and try again. We are also seeing a 1-2% error rate with Braze's APIs in EU 01, which we are also attributing to this issue. Customers are advised to retry any failed API call. We will keep this page updated as Fastly provides more information.

Resolved US-03 Active canvases archived

We identified an issue on December 18th at 11:30AM ET in which Canvases on the Braze US 03 cluster have been programmatically archived. We are currently working with the relevant teams to assess the full impact and will share updates as we make progress on investigation as well as our steps toward remediating Canvases to their previous state. If you identify impacted Canvases that should be active we recommend that you manually re-activate those Canvases while we respond to this incident.

Resolved Google Mail bounce reporting and handling

We have identified an issue with bounce reporting and handling as a result of the ongoing Google Mail outages ( https://www.google.com/appsstatus#hl=en-GB&v=status ) that are resulting in an unusually high number of email bounces to Google endpoints. We are currently working with relevant teams and providers to assess the impact and will update this incident as we make progress on this.
