Resolved Increased error rates in US 06
We are currently investigating a database connectivity issue causing increased error rates on US 06. Customers who receive errors on the dashboard or making API calls can try again, as the errors are intermittent.
Resolved Dashboard Loading Issues - All Clusters
We are currently investigating an issue preventing the loading of certain Dashboard pages. All other Braze functionality remains unaffected at this time, and message sending, and well as REST and SDK API processing is working as intended.
Resolved Connectivity issues due to Fastly CDN outage
Braze's CDN provider, Fastly, is having an incident that is resulting in intermittent errors connecting to the Braze Services. Access to the Braze Dashboard, SDK API and REST APIs may sporadically error while Fastly investigates and resolves the issue. Data Processing, Outbound Messaging and other Braze Systems are all operating normally. The error is upstream of Braze. We are monitoring the issue at https://status.fastly.com/incidents/vpk0ssybt3bj.
Resolved Increased error rates for SDK data collection in EU 01
We have identified an issue causing increased error rates of about 25% for SDK data collection in EU 01. Devices will cache data locally and retry requests to our API. This may also result in a delay of serving of new in-app messages or Content Cards in EU 01. We are working toward resolution.
Resolved Delayed data processing and message sending for some customers
We are investigating an issue causing delayed data processing on US 01 and US 03 and some delayed message sending on US 01.
