Resolved Data Process Latency on US 03
We are currently investigating an issue resulting in delayed data processing and message sending for some customers on our US03 cluster. Customers on 03 might additionally experience intermittent errors when navigating the Dashboard.

We are investigating an issue causing delayed message sending and data processing on US 05.
Resolved Increased Latency in US01/US03
Between 7:10 and 8:25 am we experienced an issue causing increased latency with our message sending and data processing on our US01 and US03 clusters. We also saw some increased REST API error rates. This was related to an ongoing issue with AWS in one of their data centers. Amazon has posted that they are recovering in the affected data center and we are seeing recovery. At this time, most delayed messages have been sent. We are now able to spin up additional servers to process the remaining backlogs of work that is in the previously affected AWS availability zone. No data or message sending was lost.
Resolved Data Processing Performance on US Clusters
There is an ongoing AWS issue affecting the Braze instances in the United States. This is currently causing some data processing delays for a small number of customers. We're actively monitoring the incident and will continue to provide updates as we learn more.

We are investigating an issue causing delayed processing on our US06 cluster. Our DBA and DevOps engineers are engaged. We're seeing no impact on other services, and no data will be lost due to this delay.
