Resolved Delayed Email Event Processing - US Customers
Due to an incident with one of our email service providers - Sparkpost, we are experiencing some delays in processing webhook events (such as clicks and opens) and delays in updating campaign analytics. None of these events are lost, and they will be processed as soon as possible. We are working closely with our ESP to investigate and mitigate the impact of these delays. Resolved Snowflake incident on US Clusters
Due to an incident with Snowflake affecting AWS US East data warehouses, we are experiencing delays with the freshness of Segment Extensions and Snowflake Data Sharing functionality for customers on Braze US clusters. Retention and funnel reporting on the Braze dashboard may also not load properly at this time. No data is lost and is being queued by Braze.
