Resolved Cherwell Self Service Portal - Authentication Issue
We are aware of the issues with authentication to the Cherwell Support Portal. We have identified causation and are working to resolve.
Resolved Dallas Network connectivity impacted
A slight network disruption in our Dallas datacenter has created connectivity issues for some customers. The issue has been managed at this point and connectivity is returning to normal.
Resolved Inaccessible database clusters in our Dallas datacentre.
We are currently investigating this issue.
