Resolved [Europe] Signature management apps partially offline for a subset of users
We are currently investigating a problem of degraded availability of signature management apps. Some users might be unable to edit or create signature rules. All other services are operational. Signatures are imprinted as normal. We're waiting for Microsoft to provide more info about the problem.
Resolved Email processing delays
We are currently investigating email processing issues in WestUS. A subset of users may experience delayed email delivery. Email signatures are added normally. The next update will be provided in 30 minutes or as events warrant.
Resolved Payment processing issues
Due to technical issues of our payment processing partner, Braintree (a PayPal company), some clients might be unable to purchase new subscriptions or edit existing ones. Automatic renewals of existing subscriptions are not affected. Braintree engineers are currently investigating this issue. We are currently monitoring an issue caused by a degraded performance of Microsoft Exchange Online Protection (EOP) which may lead to delays in email delivery for customers in Europe. This is a Microsoft 365 issue - not a CodeTwo issue. Do not take any action - emails with signatures should be sent to final recipients once this issue is fixed by Microsoft. The next update will be provided in 30 minutes or as events warrant.
