Outage Details

We are experiencing temporary syncing delays. Affected are scheduled syncs only. On-demand syncs, such as previewing data in Query Builder or in Advances Settings, are not affected. The syncs might be delayed up to 8 hours. The issue can be identified by seeing outdated data on Databoards. We are already working on resolving this issue and will share an update soon.

After continuous monitoring of the fix implemented, and no further issues recognized or reported, this incident has been marked as resolved.

We have deployed a fix for the syncing issues and we are now monitoring the results. It will take a few additional hours to perform all the syncs that were delayed by the issue.
