Outage Details

We have identified an issue where all user interactions on CDR enabled Data Sources (Query Builder previews, creating new metrics, switching date ranges, etc.) are having a delay and working slower than expected. Regular data sync is functioning as expected. Legacy Data Sources are not affected (Data Sources that don't have Custom Date Range enabled). Affected users: All users who are in the app and have an interaction with features mentioned above are affected.

We have resolved the issue and affected features are working as expected now. Opening Query Builder previews, creating new metrics, switching date ranges are working without a delay.

We have identified an issue where all user interactions on CDR enabled Data Sources (Query Builder previews, creating new metrics, switching date ranges, etc.) are having a delay and working slower than expected.

Regular data sync is functioning as expected. Legacy Data Sources are not affected (Data Sources that don't have Custom Date Range enabled).

Affected users:
All users who are in the app and have an interaction with features mentioned above are affected.
