The incident is resolved Jan 25, 2022 10:09 AM EST As of 9:47 Eastern time, our engineers discovered a BGP route change that negatively affected multiple customers. We made a peering change and restored the route. Service for affected customers is restored at this time. We are continuing to monitor. Investigating Jan 25, 2022 9:44 AM EST Some customers report errors with DNS resolution. We are working to temporarily redirect traffic to other unaffected regions until the issue is resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience and will send out an update shortly.
