Resolved Intermittent Download Issues
Due to an issue with our third-party file hosting partners, customers may intermittently encounter error messages when attempting to download their file fulfillments. Our partners are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Resolved Degraded performance for Classic and Contextual Stores
We experienced several occurrences of degraded performance for Classic and Contextual Stores, as well as server API requests, during the following time frames: 17:55 - 18:00 UTC 18:32 - 18:42 UTC 18:55 - 19:03 UTC 19:15 - 19:18 UTC 19:50 - 20:02 UTC We identified the cause of the performance issues and took corrective measures, and all systems are once again functioning normally. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Dashboard, Springboard and Stores are back up but we are experiencing degraded performance. We are continuing to work to improve performance.
