Resolved Minor Intermittent availability due to Google Cloud outage
We are currently seeing intermittent availability on our website, admin dashboard and Portal due to a upstream Google Cloud outage that is affecting our frontend hosting provider, Netlify. We are continuing to monitor the situation. The API continues to function normally and most if not all file uploads are processing fine.
Resolved Minor Partial Dashboard Outage on Concierge
A bug was discovered and subsequently rolled back that caused data in Concierge Sheets to be inaccessible in the dashboard, and an error message was displayed. Uploads and the Concierge API were not affected. Portal was not affected.
Resolved Minor Partial Network Outage on Flatfile Portal 2.0
We are currently investigating an issue causing intermittent network connectivity issues when loading Portal. We are actively monitoring this incident and will provide updates as the situation evolves.
Resolved Minor Full Service Outage on Flatfile Portal 2.0 and Concierge
The engineering team is currently investigating an issue preventing all imports using Flatfile Portal. We are actively monitoring the situation, and have identified the root cause. A solution is forthcoming, and we will provide updates as they are available.
