IT Visibility - NAM - Dashboards are currently not available

Our Service Provider has completed the rollback successfully, restoring normal operations. Our health checks have also confirmed that the affected Dashboards are now accessible. This incident has been resolved.

According to the latest update from our service provider, they have considered initiating a rollback and are currently in the process of executing it to restore normal operations

We have established contact with the service provider and have been engaged in continuous discussions. They conducted a release this morning, potentially resulting in the ongoing problem. We are actively collaborating with the service provider to explore more viable solutions, including a rollback, to restore services as quickly as possible.

Incident Description:
Customers are currently unable to view dashboards in the North American Region as a result of a 3rd party service failure.
