The backlog of messages has now cleared and the rotas should now be submittable without issue

We have been able to identify the cause of this incident and are closely monitoring the applied steps to resolve it.

We can confirm that messages are now processing and data is feeding into Scheduling.

We will continue to provide updates here every 60 minutes or less until full service has been restored.
