Resolved Genetec ClearID functionality degradation incident
There's an issue displaying the list of access in a user profile: My Pofile -> Access in the production environment. The problem seems only UI, other functions are not affected, previously and newly granted access are not impacted by this problem. The problem is only happening in the production environment: https://portal.clearid.io We are currently investigating the problem with Microsoft Cosmos DB team.
Resolved Genetec Cloud Storage functionality degradation
At 9:04 EDT our health monitoring system has detected a functionality degradation that is impacting upload to Cloud Storage. The problem is due to an infrastructure component of Azure. Microsoft's own health monitoring system also detected the issue. We will continue to monitor the situation and give you more information while investigation continues
