Users are not able to share their Audio/Video in Sessions on self-serve plans. Our technical team is investigating the issue.

RTMP stream gets blurry and interrupted

Some live events are facing stream quality issues when streaming via RTMP. This happens because of high bitrate contribution when using the preferred RTMP key. We use MUX as the preferred provider and Amazon IVS as the fallback. Mitigation suggestion for now is to reduce input bitrate up to 5Mbs and to stream to IVS fallback instead. Our product team is currently checking with MUX on why contributing at around 8Mbps is an issue.

Embedded schedules resulting in error

Schedule embedding on third-party websites and schedule embed blocks in Canvas registration pages are resulting in an error. Schedule highlights in Canvas pages and Schedules on default registration pages are operational. We have identified the issue and are working on a fix.

Recordings published to the Replay area of the event cannot be played. The team is continuing to investigate the issue. In the meantime, event organizers can download the recordings from the Event Dashboard to share them with attendees.
