Resolved Outage with our Customer Service Software provider.
Our Customer Service Software provider is currently experiencing an outage preventing some live chat messages from reaching our support team. Resolved Enterprise SSO (single sign on) is down due to a third party provider issue
Enterprise SSO sign-in is down due to a third party provider issue. The third party provider is aware of the issue and are working on a fix. We will update this page once resolved.
Resolved Schedules on the Registration page not in chronological order
At this time schedules on the Registration page are not showing in chronological order. We have identified the issue and are working to release a fix as soon as possible. There is no ETA at this time. This page will be updated once the issue is resolved. *Please note the Reception page (after registering for an event) is not affected.

We have detected an issue causing the stream originating from the backstage to be displayed as a black screen on the main stage. Broadcasting via RTMP and Sessions area are not affected

Resolved Events showing in UTC and not default for the user
At this time all events on the platform are showing in UTC time instead of the default time zone of the event or user. We are currently investigating. Thank you for your understanding.
