Resolved Minor Integrations (Apps) tab currently down

The integrations tab of the organization dashboard is currently down. This does not affect apps/integrations that were already installed. Organisers are not able to install new integrations that haven't been previously installed. The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented

Resolved Minor Venue Controls settings and minor changes in the event dashboard won't save.

The fix is awaiting quality control.

Side-panel event apps are not currently working if they appear in multiple instances of the same event area. E.g. in multiple stages or multiple sessions. We have identified the issue and are working to implement a fix.

Is Hopin down?
Hopin seems to be up and running. We're updating the status regularly.
I'm having issues with Hopin, but the status is OK. What's going on?
There are a few things you can try:
How can I be notified when Hopin is having issues?
You can subscribe for updates on the official status page or create an account in IsDown. We will send you an email, Slack, or Discord in real-time when Hopin has issues.
Why IsDown?
We want to keep you updated on the status of the services that impact your company. You get a notification via email, Slack, or Discord when a service you monitor has issues or when maintenances are scheduled.
What happens when I create an account?
You'll have access to a 14-day trial in our Pro plan. You can cancel or delete your account anytime. After 14 days, you'll need to subscribe to continue to use the service.
How can I pay for a subscription?
You can go to the Billing section in your account, and choose one of the plan. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
You are missing one of the services I use. Can you add it?
Sure thing! Just contact us, and we'll add it ASAP. Some services are more straightforward to add than others, but we're going to work to find the best solution.
