Microsoft has identified an issue in their infrastructure that may also affect Hoxhunt's functionality. Symptom: After clicking Hoxhunt button in Outlook (desktop, web, mobile), Task pane that opens might not load properly. --Summary from Microsoft-- User Impact: This issue primarily affects Outlook on the web, though some users may also experience problems with Outlook desktop and mobile devices. Users who are able to connect to Exchange may also experience delays sending and receiving email. Current status: Impact is remediated for most users. Scope of impact: This issue could potentially affect any of your users intermittently if they are routed through the affected infrastructure. Please check for up to date information from Microsoft's Service Health page (available to Administrators).
