We are seeing an issue with several Hypernodes going offline due to an issue at our cloud provider. If you have noticed your Hypernode going offline or being unreachable around 11:20 CEST then this is probably due to the outage. We are investigating this and will update the status when we have more information.

Due to the maintenance on the OpenStack platform from this past weekend (01 to 03 April) there is a delay in job processing. As a result any changes you make on your Hypernode can be delayed. If you notice that there is a delay in processing changes/jobs on your Hypernode you can use the 'livelog' command in SSH to check the status. If this delay causes issues and you need this resolved urgently please contact our support team and we can prioritize the job.

We are looking into an issue that is currently causing Hypernodes to not be able to upgrade or downgrade. Additionally when you order a new Hypernode or request a trial the Hypernode will not be booted. We recommend not trying any of these actions until the issue has been resolved, we will update the incident when we have any progress.

We have identified an issue with the PageSpeed Booster Dashboard which is causing customers not to be able to change PSB versions. We recommend customers not to make any major changes with their PageSpeed Booster until the issue has been resolved. We will update the incident when we have any developments.
