Resolved Webshop outages caused by a third party service provider for customer reviews
We've seen several of our customers experiencing issues with their webshops where they have a third party module for customer reviews built into their webshop. If you are running into any issues please check whether or not this might be the cause. If you are unable to find the cause you are free to contact our support team. However do be advised that if your issues are caused by outages with third party service providers we are unable to resolve this for you, in those cases you are best of contacting the third party service provider directly.
Resolved Unable to deploy new Hypernodes
Due to an issue within a back-end system, we are currently unable to roll out new Hypernodes, or up/downgrade existing Hypernodes. We expect to have this fixed by Saturday 12:00
Resolved Ongoing outage with our Hypernode Toolset / API / Service panel
We're currently investigating an issue that seems to be our Hypernode Toolset / API. This means that any settings you make in the service/control panel may not be saved, up or downgrades might not work and requests for new Hypernodes might not come through.
