The load balancer that connects the authentication services is no longer responding as expected and is affecting login initiation flows from various Learning Management Systems. We have identified the root cause of the issue and are currently implementing an update. Thank you for your patience.

We have identified an issue when customers deploy new Stacks. This issue is occurring due to rate limits with our DockerHub registry when pulling images anonymously. Our team is currently updating the service to pull images only when not present in the node instance and will authenticate to the docker.io/illumidesk account to increase the number of available pulls per period.

Partial outage with Virgnia region cluster
One of the three-node instances in the Virginia region (us-east-1) failed to respond. This led to some pods stuck in the terminating state. We are pruning these pods stuck in the terminating state and are updating the node cluster to have all instances reflect the ready state.

Intermittent end-user access errors
Some of the node instances in the production cluster are not responding correctly. The IllumiDesk team is currently recycling the instances within the node group. Access should be restored within the next hour.

Assignment creation errors
We have identified some errors when creating new Assignments within Canvas using the LTI 1.1 integration option. We are investigating the root cause and will attempt to adjust the configuration or deploy a hotfix as soon as possible. All previously defined Assignments are working normally.
