We’re currently investigating the cause of our service interruption which includes all services on our SGP Data Center that have been unavailable between: 2023-01-25 13:48 UTC to 14:12 UTC. The only services that were available during the outage were the API Channel & Customer Portal. Description: At 13:48 UTC on 2024-01-25, we discovered an instability in our SGP DC. At 14:12 UTC on 2024-01-25, Services became available, but we have them under monitoring. We appreciate your patience during the incident.
