Reported users are experiencing difficulty sending and receiving email using their 3rd-party email applications. If you are having similar issues, please verify that you are using the correct email access domain in your mail server settings. You'll want to locate your mail server access domain in the Server Guide for you GRID. Once located, you'll want to update your email client's incoming/outgoing mail server settings to use your GRIDs specified access domain.
