Resolved 17-Minute Performance Degradation of Memsource Editor for Web
Between 2:56 and 3:13 PM CET, approximately half of Memsource Editor for Web users were affected by a failure of one ElasticSearch node. This was caused by faulty operating memory which prevented the creation of a new index. This node was removed from the cluster for memory replacement and the issue was resolved.
Resolved Increased Error Rate
Between 7:06 and 7:19 AM CET, there was an increased error rate caused by the improper configuration of the database cache during the deployment of a new version of the application. The problem was identified, fixed and measures were taken to prevent this from happening again in the future. All components were affected during this time period.
