Developer Portal reduced functionality
We've noticed missing metrics for some customers after they restart their app(s). This is because of an internal networking change on our backend. If you're impacted by this then please redeploy your app(s). This will update the config and metrics will start working again.

We have observed and we are investigating a reduction in the functionality of the Developer Portal. Some users may be unable to create a Deployment Package via Developer Portal. As a work around, we advise the affected customers to create the deployment package locally in Studio Pro and upload it to the Developer Portal. We have noticed an issue with Academy Portal. More specifically users cannot do new registrations for Intermediate and Advanced exams and exam results cannot be processed. We are try to investigate the issue, we will update the status of this incident as soon as we have a clear overview.

We've noticed an issue with Developer Portal. Customers could experience trouble logging in to Developer and or customer applications, 504 HTTP errors and GATEWAY not found errors. The issue started at 07:30 UTC, it was immediately identified and we worked on a solution. We are currently monitoring the situation. Next update at 10:00 UTC, or as events warrant.

We have observed and are investigating a reduction in the functionality of the Developer Portal. Some users may be unable to create a Deployment Package, receiving the error "An error occured while verifying project in teamserver. Please try again or contact support if the problem persists.". There is currently an issue with some of the free apps that are unable to resume after a period of inactivity. The problem has been identified, and we are currently testing the fix. We expect to roll this out somewhere tomorrow or Friday at the latest. Our apologies for the inconvenience this causes.
