Some users are unable to automatically view new email received in Outlook.com
More info: Users receive a notification that they've received a new email but Outlook.com won't display it in their mailbox. While we're focused on remediation, users may manually refresh the browser page to force Outlook.com to display the new email. Additionally, users that have access to the Outlook desktop client can use this as a method to automatically receive new email and bypass this problem.
