We are aware that some customers hosted on the US and UK grids may be experiencing delays receiving SMS notifications used for two factor authentication. This could result in the inability to login to our service. We are engaging with our service provider to identify and address the issue.

We will continue to monitor the situation and engage with our service provider to ensure that the root cause of the issue has been identified and resolved.
