Resolved Minor 2FA SMS messages not received
Mimecast is aware that some customers are not receiving 2FA SMS messages. Our engineering team have investigated and confirmed we are sending the SMS messages. We have escalated this issue to a 3rd party provider. Alternative 2FA methods such as email and 3rd party authenticators are working successfully.
Resolved Minor Mimecast CyberGraph Degradation
We are aware that some US hosted CyberGraph customers may be experiencing issues with the display of CyberGraph banners. Legacy Message Control customers may also be experiencing delays in email delivery. We are investigating these issues and will provide further updates as available.
