Awareness Training Portal

We are aware that some customers hosted on our DE grid may be experiencing intermittent issues accessing the Mimecast Awareness Training platform. We are currently investigating the issue and updates will be posted here as they become available. All other Mimecast Services continue to operate as per normal.

We continue to investigate the issue whereby some Customers on our DE grid may be experiencing intermittent issues accessing the Mimecast Awareness Training platform. The Awareness Training portal and end user awareness campaigns will not be accessible to Administrators and End Users during this time. Updates will be posted here as they become available. All other Mimecast Services continue to operate as normal.

We have identified the issue which prevented some Customers hosted on our DE grid from accessing their Mimecast Awareness Training platform. Remediation efforts are underway and further updates will be posted here as they become available. All other Mimecast services continue to operate normally.
