Login from Facebook temporarily unavailable
Outschool's Facebook login option is temporarily unavailable, and users attempting to login through the Facebook SSO should use their email and password from the Outschool homepage, or another SSO login (Google or Apple). If a password is not set with your email, use the reset password link to set a password for the email associated with both your Facebook and Outschool account - https://outschool.com/users/change_password. For any additional support please contact support@outschool.com.

Intermittent Payment Processing Errors
Recently the Outschool team was made aware of an issue with our payment processor, and this issue has since been resolved. We are however seeing a small portion of Outschool families who are encountering difficulty with their preferred payment method processing. We have resolved this issue, though if you, your family, or your learners continue to experience payment processing issues, we recommend the following, if possible: 1. Attempt to re-enroll using an alternate payment method. 2. If you are unable to use an alternate payment method, please contact your bank or financial institution and inform them that Outschool charges are approved. You can then attempt to re-enroll. If you are unsure of who to contact, we recommend reviewing the back of your credit or debit card for any contact or customer service details. Partial Zoom outage for Outschool users on Chromebook devices
We are currently investigating and working with our Zoom representatives to troubleshoot an issue impacting Outschool users ability to start or join a live meeting on Chromebook devices. Any additional questions or concern can be directed to support@outschool.com.
