Our engineers are aware of email delivery delays affecting all outbound emails sent from Paddle. We are currently investigating the cause and will post an update here as soon as we know more.
Our engineers have identified why we were not sending outbound emails and new emails are now being sent again.
We are working on processing any emails that haven't been sent yet and will post an update as soon as possible.
Our Engineers successfully implemented a fix and processed the backlog of emails that had accumulated over the course of this issue which occurred between 01/08/2022 9.41pm UTC +1
until 02/08/2022 11.12am UTC +1.
The whole backlog has now been processed and we are seeing normal processing of emails again.
