Rollout is now complete and calls from affected networks are working normally
We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
Rollout is almost complete, with only 3 of 14 media servers remaining in OSL PoP, all other PoPs are complete.
The issue has been identified and a fix is being rolled out.
We are currently investigating the issue.
As a workaround in the meantime, allow UDP traffic on port 10000 to our service, as detailed in our firewall page:
