Sending Pollys temporarily impacted
Between 2:05pm and 2:30pm PDT some users experienced problems sending pollys. This issue is now resolved. If you tried sending a polly during this time and it didn't send, please re-send your polly.

Sending and responding to pollys temporarily impacted
Between 10:42am and 11:08am PDT sending or responding to pollys through Slack were delayed. The incident is now resolved. No user action is needed to resend or re-respond.

Some Polly responses not persisting
From 4:44pm PDT to 5:09 PDT some Polly responses were not persisted when voting was attempted through Polly for Slack. Voting on polls for open-ended, rank order, and point-allocation were not affected in Polly for Slack. Voting through web links were not impacted at all. The issue has been resolved and the system is operating normally. Please recast your response if you were unable to respond during this time period.

As of 6:36 PDT Users cannot create/edit Polly polls or surveys (scheduled or immediate). Users are unable to respond to Polly. We are investigating this issue and will update this page with more information.

Slack responses currently not being recorded for polls and surveys.
Starting around 11:23 AM PDT poll and survey responses were not being persisted when responding through slack. Responses coming from web responses are still being persisted. We are currently investigating and will update this page when we have an update.

Polly for Slack intermittent service issues
Polly for Slack service began to see intermittent service issues for some users starting 11:06am PDT. Sending out and responding to pollys could see slight delays, but all are eventually successful. Slack is aware of the issue (https://status.slack.com/2022-08/962ff548f7bd849a) and working on a fix. We will continue to monitor the system and provide updates regularly.
