Resolved VALINA payment terminals have connectivity issues
Some VALINA terminals have had network connection issues since 3.5.2021 7:46, we are investigating the issue.
Resolved EVRY connectivity issues
EVRY Authorization service has connectivity issues that is affecting payment terminals using it.
Resolved Elavon acquiring issue with VISA cards
Some VISA authorizations using Elavon acquirer are failing. We are investigating the issue together with Elavon.
Resolved Delays in settlement batch processing (NETS)
Some Nets settlement batches from days 18.12.2020 - 20.12.2020 were not transferred to the acquirer at the scheduled time. This has been now fixed and batches have been sent today. Note that no activity from the merchant is needed to resolve this delay.

Resolved possible 3G connection issues
Telia has reported that they have major disturbances on their IoT Services affecting LTE Traffic in Sweden and Finland. We are monitoring the possible impact of this on our 3G terminal connections.
Resolved NETS acquirer connection issue
We are currently investigating NETS acquirer connection issue.
Resolved 3G connectivity issue
Some 3G terminals seem to be unable to get online currently. Telia may be having some issues in their network. This does not affect all 3G devices and the number of affected devices is small enough to not show up in our graphs. If you are having other issues than 3G connectivity, please let us know. If you are having 3G connectivity issues, please try alternative connection methods as a workaround - ethernet, wifi.
