We have been made aware of the RU.COM SLD namespace being offline due to an unforeseen error at the Registry. We have not been given an ETA of when this will be resolved but all domain names in the RU.COM namespace will remain offline until the Registry confirms resolution. An update will be posted here when more information is known behind the outage/resolution to the outage.

Outage of several Services hosted at external Data Center Provider One of our external data center providers carried out a maintenance today on Oct 13, 2021 from 07:00 to 08:30 UTC Unfortunately, during this maintenance our own internal monitoring reported hosts and services hosted at this data center provider to be unreachable. In fact there were severe routing issues affecting a number of our systems and thus making them unavailable starting 07:30 UTC. All affected systems were fully reachable again until 09:00 UTC. Due to an unforeseen failure in the connection to our Datacenter all our services are currently offline, API and Web Interfaces included.
