Users receiving a Status: 500 error when logging in or entering data
We are currently investigating a failure on one of our servers earlier this morning. Possible workaround: On the desktop using Chrome, if you encounter a failure in one of the browser tabs (with other apps open) and fail, close the tab and open a new tab and enter the link again and it generally works. The same appears to work on mobile devices as well. It was also found that if the above procedure does not work, rebooting the desktop seems to resolve and the workaround works.

Temporary problem with "Internal Server Error" messages
One of our web servers was in a bad state for approximately 15 minutes today at 10AM PST. Once it was swapped out, the errors stopped. Any Ryver client attempting to make a request through that server during that period was getting back the Internal Server Error message. If you are still seeing any strange issues in your Ryver client, please refresh your browser page or do a reload in the desktop client.

Periodic service interruption
We are experiencing some rolling server outages during the current issues with some AWS Cloud Hosting regions. As servers become unavailable and fail over, there may be periods of overload causing some users to not be able to get into Ryver. We are investigating the ongoing situation.
