The Salesforce Technology team has determined that a site switch is required for this instance. A site switch means the locations of an instance’s active and ready sites are swapped, making the ready site the new active site. This process has begun as of 10:32 UTC and we'll provide an update in 15 minutes or sooner if we have more information.
