The Salesforce Technology team is continuing their investigation. They have identified that this issue may also impact backend processing. This includes all API activities, UI functionality, and scheduled activities such as Journeys in Journey Builder, Automations, and Outbound Messaging. They believe that this issue is as a result of a hardware failure and are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
We’ll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
