Incident in Analysis/Intelligence on China

In the China Data Center, access to the Analysis/Intelligence through the SAP Concur website was unavailable.
Affected users may have experience an error, “The IBM Cognos gateway is unable to connect to the IBM Cognos BI server. The server may be unavailable or the gateway may not be correctly configured.” when attempting to access the Analysis/Intelligence link.
Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.
