Multi-Factor Authentication

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) has now been rolled out across SchemeServe as a requirement for all main site users, and optionally for agent & broker users. Remember, the next time you log in you will be required to select a preferred authentication method, either through SMS or email. If SMS is selected, you'll need to enter a mobile number in your user settings. If the email option is selected, an email address will need to be entered. You won't recieve an email or a code this time, but each time you log in in future a code will be sent to the chosen phone number or email address, which will be valid for 5 minutes. You'll need to enter this code in addition to your username and password in order to log in. For more information click here.
