Our engineering team is currently investigating reports of customers unable to access their SmartChoice enrollment portal. Customers are receiving a 502 Gateway Error message. The team is aware of the issue and working to restore access to the application.

Smart Choice experienced an outage from a 3rd party geocoding service, between 6:10pm - 7:18pm eastern time. All systems remained accessible, however, address validations during this time may have failed, and may need to be re-validated.
