We are currently investigating an issue which is intermittently impacting US2, EU, and AP webRTC connections. Your users may be experienced a "Disconnected" error within Sharpen Q. We are working to restore service as soon as possible

The issue has been identified and a fix is underway. If your users are being impacted, they can workaround the issue by following the steps below.
- Logout of Sharpen
- Navigate to https://app.sharpencx.com/fathomQ/dashboard/?region=US1
- Login to Sharpen
