Instagram is currently experiencing difficulties that prevent displaying some Instagram metrics in Sprout’s Reporting. These issues began on December 1st at 5 p.m. CST.
As a result of these issues, you may experience:
- Missing Instagram Posts & Stories Impressions and Reach Data from December 1 onwards

On December 1st, Meta's API stopped populating Instagram Posts and Stories insights.
On December 5th, Meta confirmed they had resolved this issue. However, the missing metrics for Instagram Stories cannot be rectified as this data is only available for 24 hours.
