Some customers may be experiencing that Reactions are not displayed correctly.
We have identified the root cause and have already implemented a fix. Reactions that were submitted after 5 pm CET on October 10 are displayed correctly again. For the Reactions that were submitted between 2 pm and 5 pm on October 10, the developers are still working on a fix.

A fix has been implemented also for the Reactions submitted between 2 pm and 5 pm on October 10. This incident has been resolved. We are sorry for the trouble this has caused.
