Outage Details

Users who have or had the app open in the last hour may have been logged out of their active sessions. We have fixed the cause of this. Users who now open the app are no longer logged out of their active sessions, and most logged out users were automatically logged back in. Any users who were not automatically logged back in can log back in through the normal login process. We will continue to monitor the behavior until we are sure the issue is fully resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you have any questions about this issue, please contact our support team at support@staffbase.com.

Clarification of the time frame:
The incident started at around 10:15am (CET) on all servers and was fixed at 11am for the US and 11:15am for the German server.

We will continue to monitor the behavior until we are sure the issue is fully resolved.
