Resolved Minor App de TIMP no disponible en Google Play

Por incidencia ajena a nuestro servicio la aplicación de TIMP en Android no está disponible en Google Play. Los usuarios con la app descargada pueden funcionar sin problemas, pero no es posible realizar nuevas descargas a través del mail de bienvenida. Estamos en contacto directo con Google para que se resuelva la situación en el menor tiempo posible. ******************** Per un problema che non dipende dal nostro servizio, l'app di TIMP per Android non è disponibile in Google Play. Gli utenti con l'app scaricata possono utilizzarla senza problemi, ma non è possibile realizzare nuovi download tramite la mail di benvenuto. Siamo in contatto diretto con Google affinché si risolva la situazione nel minor tempo possibile.

Resolved Minor No funciona el envío de mails

Os informamos que debido a una incidencia con nuestro proveedor de servicios no está funcionando el envío de correos electrónicos desde el panel. Tampoco el restablecimiento de contraseñas ni el mail de bienvenida. Las notificaciones y el resto de funcionalidades del programa siguen funcionando con total normalidad.

There are a few things you can try:
How can I be notified when TIMP is having issues?
You can subscribe for updates on the official status page or create an account in IsDown. We will send you a notification in real-time when TIMP has issues.
Why use IsDown?
We want to keep you updated on the status of the services that impact your company. You can setup a notification via email, Slack, or Discord when a service you monitor has issues or when maintenances are scheduled.
What happens when I create an account?
You'll have access to a 14-day trial in our Pro plan. You can cancel or delete your account anytime. After 14 days, you'll need to subscribe to continue to use the service and get notifications.
How can I pay for a subscription?
You can go to the Billing section in your account, and choose one of the plan. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
