Potential issue in our SIP platform
At 3:00pm EDT one of the components for the SIP interconnect crashed and immediately restarted. This could have impacted the ability to control SIP sessions, but the media would have not been impacted. The instance is now recovered and we are monitoring. US-East-1 (N. Virginia) SIP Interconnect Server Failure
We were alerted to a server failure in our SIP Interconnect feature used in both our Standard and Enterprise environments on 2022-06-09 at 9:51 EDT. This would have resulted in impacted sessions being abruptly terminated. The system recovered immediately afterwards. There is no ongoing customer impact and we are monitoring the system.
